We just a lovely weekend with friends in Foyles hotel. The hotel is cosy and welcoming. All of the staff from reception, to the restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful. It's a great location in the middle of Clifden, so plenty to see and do. We'll definitely be back again!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and in centre of Clifden. Gorgeous food and the most cosy and inviting bar.Highly recommended. Looking forward to staying again.

All around five stars from me. Right in the middle of the charming town of Clifden with free parking. Great, traditional rooms, a very nice restaurant (had dinner on one of the nights and it was outstanding), great breakfast with attentive service and I just love Mullarkey’s bar (hi Jake!!). Used to come to Clifden regularly and it was great to see that the place hasn’t been spoiled since I have last been around twenty years ago and will definitely be back to stay at Foyles Hotel again.

Lovely old-school hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. A good breakfast served every morning. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which was very good. Off street parking available. A great base to explore Clifden and Connemara. Good value. Standout for us was the staff, everyone we met during our stay was friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

We are just back from a fabulous weekend in Clifden. We stayed in Foyles Hotel and Jason, Lisa and all the staff could not be nicer to us. They left no stone unturned in making our family birthday celebration of 22 people absolutely superb. The food was to die for and from such a vast menu. The service and atmosphere were spot on. We will be back, the location is so central and lots of great shops, cafe's and even seaweed baths within walking distance. Highly recommended. Geri Hackett.

This hotel is fabulous and great value for money,the rooms are beautiful and all the staff are very friendly and professional and helpful.Great breakfast in the morning and the place was buzzing at the weekend.I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who's wants a break away in clifden. Better than any air BnB or bed in breakfast .
